Portable Handheld Mini-DVR w/LCD Monitor

This item and the one above, are the two smallest, truly portable DVRs!  If you read the comments on the item above, you'll have noted there's other DVRs which are similar in size, but they don't have an internal battery pack enabling true portability, nor are their features as desirable. Aside from this and the one above being the smallest portable lightweight Digital Audio & Video Recorder on the market today, they utilize MPEG4 compression that's near DVD quality for recording.  Their video playback offers up to 640x360 resolution at 30 FPS (Frames Per Second) or in other words, real-time speed. Includes a built-in 2.5" LCD Monitor for live display and or its video/audio playback. However if you require a larger screen for viewing, included on the unit is a 'A/V Out' so that you can watch your live/playback on another TV or Monitor. Live display picture resolution offered in JPEG 640 x 480 format. JPEG is not quite as sharp as the MPEG4 recording portion, however generally the concern to most is -- the recording. Also included is the power supply that either powers the unit or recharges the built-in Li-ion battery. Battery life is approximately 2.5 - 3 hours +/- 10%. Further the unit contains an SD Card slot for data storage. Recording times will vary +/- 10%, but you can expect approximately 2 hours recording on a 1GB, and 4 hours recording on a 2GB SD card. Other features include Motion Detection recording and Auto Cycle recording (automatically overwrites old data if desired). Recording is sent directly onto your computer's hard drive and depending on your settings, is capable of recording thousands of hours with little or no intervention. Includes Pre-set schedules (on/off times) to record. A Motion Detector mode which triggers recording for the length of time there's activity on the screen. Email notification - the minute there's any activity, in any or all cameras - it emails a picture of what triggered the event. Remote Access - Monitor your site from anywhere in the world by utilizing any computer, laptop or PC which has a regular modem or any access type to the internet (ISDN, DSL, Cable, etc), or monitor through any network type, all accomplished by using any regular web browser to remotely access and control all your cameras with our DiGiCam H.264.
